Expression of igf1, igf1-ra, igf1-rb in the tbx5 morphants and IGF-I treated-tbx5 morphants. Expression levels of igf1 (a), igf1-ra (b) and igf1-rb (c) were reduced significantly in the MO group throughout all developmental stages. The WTIGF1 and MIS group had similar expression levels as the WT group. Expression of igf1 in the MOIGF1 group was partially restored and significantly higher than that in the MO group. Data are presented as the means ± standard deviations. *P < 0.05 vs. WT; #P < 0.05 MOIGF1 vs. MO.
