Collective cell migration occurs in a healing wound. Nuclei of individual cells were traced manually over a ~15 min time course. An imperfection in the mesoglea (yellow dot) creates a fixed position in the images and indicates that the sample was not drifting on the slide. Experiment was replicated 3 times. Scale bar = 50 μm
