(a2) presents single labelled HBl with rabbit polyclonal anti OCT4 antibody (ab18976) detected with goat anti-rabbit FITC conjugated secondary antibody (sc-2012). (b) indicates colocalisation of the OCT4 in HBl double-labelled with both of the anti OCT4 antibodies. The secondary antibodies used were mouse anti-goat Rhodamine conjugated (sc-2490) and donkey anti-rabbit FITC conjugated (sc-2090). DAPI labels chromatin.
